With Nexura connected, you can build scenarios that respond to agent events in real time.
Configuration Steps
Go to Integrations → Make in your Nexura dashboard
Click Connect and authenticate with your Make account
In Make, create a new Scenario and add Nexura as the trigger module
Select the trigger event (e.g., New Agent Session or Task Escalated)
Add subsequent modules for your desired actions (e.g., update a database, send an email)
Use Make's built-in data mapper to connect Nexura fields to each module
Run the scenario once to test, then schedule or activate it
